Who is the Queen?
Chef Kellie Joe is a professional chef who got her introduction to pizza when she worked for celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck shortly after she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America New York.
After years of cooking and management in the hotel & restaurant business, she found her calling, and became a culinary arts instructor. She taught at the famous Tante Marie's Cooking School in SF, and Sur La Table in Walnut Creek. She was the founder and sole culinary educator of Monte Vista Culinary Academy in Danville, California, where she taught over 3,000 teenagers the art of cooking as well as hospitality management.
Kellie created Queen of Crusts because she wanted to help busy Moms take the stress out of the kitchen. The quick and easy Take n Bake pizzas have been known to save lives. The Pizza Kits are not only an excellent family activity but also "the gateway to cooking". Kellie truly believes that cooking is one of the most valuable skills that we can teach our youth today.
She also is a graduate of the Health Coaching program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY, New York. She studied over 100 dietary theories.
Kellie is a foodie who is always searching for the next delicious meal, dessert or food product. On her @queenofcrusts Instagram-stories, she's known for her food reviews.

If you love pizza and are always on the go but want delicious ass food too then you must try these crusts!!! We have been loyal customers since they were at the Farmers Market as Chicks n Love Pizza. Amaze balls, my kids' absolute favorite pizzas! Their flat bread crusts are like no other and we always have some on hand so we can have a quick delicious meal in a time crunch. They even deliver in local surrounding areas so what more could you ask for?! We always get a good supply of crusts to make our own creations in our newly purchased pizza oven. They even have pre assembled specialty pizzas to take and bake as well as pizza kits! The kits are awesome! We usually get the meat lovers pizza kit when we don't have time to make a trip to the store to gather ingredients. Everything is so fresh and prepared with love. Kellie Joe is the bomb. The kindest soul you will ever meet, she even helps me with pizza advice, my own pizza mentor! If you know, you know. These are the best, you won't be disappointed. Thank me later!

Pizza Classes
Once a teacher, always a teacher. Chef Kellie is preparing to offer the only Outdoor Pizza Making classes in Contra Costa County!
The hands-on classes for kids, families and adults-only will include learning about dough making, and various style pizzas including Neapolitan, Grandma & dessert pizzas.
Students will make and bake all styles of pizza. They will learn to use different pizza ovens including the Ooni & Gozney brand pizza ovens.
Classes will take place in Kellie's backyard farm @chicksbackyardfarm
Private group classes for parties & team building will be available.
I can’t say enough about this pizza, when do you get all the flavors and taste that you want in something and it doesn’t make you feel guilty bloated or regretful afterwards. This crust is unbelievable, if you like a nice flatbread this is the best of the best! Every month there’s a new topping that queen of Crust comes out with and I have to say they’re so delicious! Writing this review is making me want one right now, lol! The delivery system is awesome and such a great staple to have when you’re in a pinch at home and you need to put something yummy and fast together. It’s definitely a family favorite of ours & I guarantee it will be with your family as well😋❤️🍕
