Immediately after ordering, you'll receive an EMAIL confirmation.
1-48 hrs after ordering, you'll receive a confirmation TEXT from Kellie and that's when you pay.
If you didn't receive an email or a text, you didn't submit your order, so try again!

Payment is due once you receive the confirmation TEXT from Kellie.
If you're an existing customer, please make payment immediately after placing your order.
Kellie will text you details of delivery or pickup process.

You'll receive a text on delivery day with a 1-4 hour window .
You cannot request a delivery time.
We deliver from 10am-5:00pm.
If you're not home during the window of your delivery, you can request that your order is packed in an insulated cooler bag.
You can request a TEXT once your order has been delivered.
Items will be delivered to your front door/porch.
We don't ring doorbells or knock on doors.
In the NOTES, please DESCRIBE your house, car in driveway or if in a gated community. Text Kellie a photo of your house.
We don't deliver inside apartment or condo complexes. We can meet you curbside.
