How It Works

Step 1

Order

Free Delivery with
Minimum Order $40 & $80* 

  • Order 2-7 days prior to pickup/delivery.

  • You can TRY to order last minute, which may/may not work out.

  • If you want your pizzas on a specific day/time, we suggest Pickup instead of Delivery.

  • Delivery charge of $5* 

  • *Free Delivery with $40 order for Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette

  • Free Delivery with $80 order for Concord, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Moraga, Orinda & SF

  • Delivery Schedule below

FYI:
Once you place an order, you'll automatically receive 1 reminder email & one text per month about our Specials, & Delivery Schedule. 
You can unsubscribe from both, anytime.

Step 2

Confirmation

  • Immediately after ordering, you'll receive an EMAIL confirmation.

  • 1-48 hrs after ordering, you'll receive a confirmation TEXT from Kellie and that's when you pay.

  • If you didn't receive an email or a text, you didn't submit your order, so try again!

  • Feel free to email Kellie at info@queenofcrusts@gmail.com

Step 3

Payment

  • We accept Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

  • Payment is due once you receive the confirmation TEXT from Kellie.

  • If you're an existing customer, please make payment immediately after placing your order.

  • Kellie will text you details of delivery or pickup process.

Step 4

Delivery

  • Delivery Schedule below.

  • You'll receive a text on delivery day with a 1-4 hour window . ​

  • You cannot request a delivery time.  

  • We deliver from 10am-8:00pm. 

  • If you're not home during the window of your delivery, you can request that your order is packed in an insulated cooler bag.

  • It's NOT advise to plan on eating pizzas for dinner on delivery date as we might deliver past dinner time.

  • You can request a TEXT once your order has been delivered. 

  • Items will be delivered to your front door/porch.  

  • We don't ring doorbells or knock on doors. 

  • In the NOTES, please DESCRIBE  your house, car in driveway or if in a gated community.  Text Kellie a photo of your house.

  • We don't deliver inside apartment or condo complexes.  We can meet you curbside.
