How to Order COLD items:
Take N Bakes, Kits, Crusts, Dough

Step 1

Order

  1. Order 2-7 days prior to pickup/delivery.

  2. You can TRY to order last minute, and you might be lucky!​​

  3. $5 Delivery charge. 

  4. Lamorinda minimum order for delivery is $80.

Step 2

Confirmation

  1. Immediately after ordering, you'll receive an EMAIL confirmation.

  2. 1-48 hrs after ordering, you'll receive a confirmation TEXT from Kellie and that's when you pay.

  3. If you didn't receive an email or a text, that means you didn't submit your order, so try again!

  4. Feel free to email Kellie at queenofcrusts@gmail.com

Step 3

Payment

  • We accept Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.

  • Payment is due once you receive the confirmation TEXT from Kellie.

  • If you're an existing customer, please make payment immediately after placing your order.

  • Kellie will text you details of delivery or pickup process.

Step 4

Delivery

  1. Delivery Schedule below.

  2. You'll receive a text on delivery day with a 1-4 hour window . ​

  3. You cannot request a delivery time.  

  4. We deliver from 10am-5:00pm. 

  5. If you're not home during the window of your delivery, you can request that your order is packed in an insulated cooler bag.

  6. You can request a TEXT once your order has been delivered. 

  7. Items will be delivered to your front door/porch.  

  8. We don't ring doorbells or knock on doors. 

  9. In the NOTES, please DESCRIBE  your house, car in driveway or if in a gated community.  Text Kellie a photo of your house.

  10. We don't deliver inside apartment or condo complexes.  We can meet you curbside.

  1. Take Out/PIckup are in Pleasant Hill near Lunardis Walnut Creek.  Cross streets are Geary Rd & Pleasant Hill Road..

  2. Kellie will text you the address.
